The Marketing and Promotions Office of Fairmount Park is pleased to present a unique opportunity for you to reach a valuable consumer market group in downtown Philadelphia, PA. "LOVE Park", (formally named JFK Plaza) is located at 16th Street and JFK Boulevard in the heart of the commercial, business and culture district of Philadelphia.

Managed by the Fairmount Park system it is one of 63 parks and occupies one square city block with busy automobile and pedestrian routes on all 4 sides. LOVE Park is a destination for tourists seeking the world famous LOVE statue and the 30' fountain; while area office professionals and citizens come for relaxation, people watching and entertainment. We host large gatherings of people from a wide cross section of society on a daily basis who are drawn to the beauty, art, culture and entertainment an urban park offers. Event Marketing professionals appreciate the value of a venue like LOVE Park when deciding the best location for product launches, raising awareness and effective experiential marketing strategies. Our Marketing and Promotions Office is headquartered on-site and is available for immediate logistics support before and during your event. We provide shelter, limited storage, restrooms, internet access and site consults. Throughout the year, we promote LOVE Park with free concerts, art exhibitions, giveaways and the like. Essentially the public is conditioned to come everyday because something is always going on! It's important to note that no other location in Philadelphia lays claim to such a strong iconic image of the City of Brotherly Love as LOVE Park.

TAKE ALL DAY
12 hours of prime time is our base approach for marketing events. From 7am to 7pm you will have exposure to a lunch time and two rush hour crowds! One of the major commuter rail stations is across the street (Suburban Station), with the largest bus transfer stop just opposite at 15th Street and JFK Boulevard. The base rate is $3,500 with a $2,500 security deposit.

KICK IT UP A NOTCH!
Many brands infuse their product launches with promotional vehicles including RV's, trailers, hybrid cars and trucks, etc., with branded wraps and related advertisements. This is effective marketing and it works perfectly in LOVE Park! We provide a large open plaza with immediate public exposure, directly in front of the Welcome Center. This placement insures maximum exposure as the public must weave through your display to access our Center for information, souvenirs and tourist advice. Include this feature to your event for a total of $10,000 with a $2,500 security deposit.
