Whom to Contact The Fairmount Park Commission manages all Park and street trees in the City of Philadelphia. So, if you observe a problem with your tree or if you'd like your tree inspected for removal, pruning, or would like to have a tree planted, please call the Fairmount Park Street Tree Management Division office. To report tree problems after normal working hours, please leave a voice mail message with the Street Tree Management Division office by calling 215-685-4363. Call 911 for Emergencies after normal hours of operation, i.e. a tree or large tree limb that has fallen and is blocking access to a street. |
