Museums

If a good cultural fix is lacking from your diet, Fairmount Park has the solution. Visit one (or more) of the Museums located within the Park. From the "Museum Mile" along the Ben Franklin Parkway, to FDR Park, to Burholme Park, rest assured there are plenty of things to engage your curiosity and address your cultural needs.

Dinosaur bones, sculptures, butterflies, Ben Franklin's experiments, suits of armor, a giant heart, scenes from Alice's Adventure in Wonderland, a pet cemetery, etchings by Swedish artists, and Indian and Himalayan Art are all waiting to be seen. But don't take our word for it, make your own discoveries.
