Disc Golf (Frisbee) The Sedgley Woods Disc Golf Course, established in 1977, is the second oldest disc golf course in the Country. It resides in East Fairmount Park at 33rd and Oxford Streets. Disc golf is actually a structural frisbee game which is played with an aerodynamic frisbee (a.k.a. disc). You can either play a leisurely game or get involved in competitive play. Doubles league are held every Thursday year-round. Sedgley Woods is open to the public and there are no fees.
