Some buildings in Fairmount Park need help. By help, we mean restoration. Your efforts would not only save a building, but also make it available for adaptive reuse, by you or someone else. Take a look at our list. You'll find several possibilities.

The properties listed here are available for long-term lease and adaptive reuse by qualifying nonprofit or for-profit entities. Although the houses and historic landscapes of Fairmount Park vary greatly in design and building materials, they are all historic resources and their repair and maintenance must be guided by established standards.

Please note: The historic properties may not be leased for private residences and must be open to the public in an approved capacity.
